The movie has enough impact to make you want to eat, pray, love, laugh and cry with Julia Roberts. It is a fun journey to find your soul.
Italy was probably the best stop in the movie. The spaghetti and pizza were so succulent that watching Julia eat it made me hungry. I was surprised to see that they have captured the charm of the little streets and ancient buildings so well.
I have to say I was a little disappointed with her stop over in India. Going to India on a mission, and not seeing Taj Mahal seems odd, but we can argue that she stopped there to pray and not love. May be because I know how beautiful India is, I feel they have not shown its full potential.
Bali seemed more like the spiritual journey especially with Ketut, who was fun to watch. Had she met her man in some other country, would the film makers have changed the order?
Overall, it was a good movie and watching it with mom was the best part...
